Here is an all stock MR2. You really think this looks like crap, or at the very least worse than either of those monstrosities you posted?

one of this will smoke any muscle car...turbo, nos, so many engine upgrades
NO. your a ****en RICE fan. . . DISPLACEMENT WILL ALWAYS WIN OUT NO MATTER HOW MANY MODS YOU DO!!! If engine a and engine b have the exact same mods, DISPLACEMENT WILL WIN!

isnt it crazy that pretty much any muscle car that is 100% correct will sell for atleast $50K and anything with a numbers matching Hemi will sell for $150K-500K full restored...shit your lucky to find a rusted out body of a Hemi car for under $50k but its all about those numbers matching in the car resto business

I might actually drive something like that...roughly what did they set you back?
The green one in my sig has the N/A motor. I bought it two years ago for $4800; all stock in really good condition with 98k miles with a few options.

The blue one has the turbo motor. I bought it last summer for $4500; it had about 112k miles and was a bit of a fixer upper (should hopefully be finished this summer).

Expect to pay 8k+ for a good condition stock turbo with maybe around 100k miles. N/A's typically go for about 3-5k in good condition. That's for 91-93 year cars. 94 and 95 year cars are really rare and sought after so they will go for whatever people will pay.

Don't pay much attention to blue book pricing. NADA is probably the closest to the real values but even then it's usually a 1-2k low.

Has the muscle car market peaked yet or is the value of original cars still going up?
