if there are any store windows or office windows, put neon in them, it is catchy and something to improve on look

Not really sure of the area it is in or what not, but if you are going to be storing product there and what not maybe might be good to invest in some sort of an alarm system. Maybe see about the landlord payin for it or even goin half n half. Least if you are planning on being there for a while and storing the stuff. Even with it boarded up and such won't take long for people to notice what your bringin in and out. It's a shame to have to worry about others like that but last thing I would wanna see is a whole ton of stuff get stolen.

Definitly wish you guys the best of lukc, wish I could find a deal like that.

and X2 on picking up a place like this with some buddies just for personal stuff.

Yea.. I plan on storing the majority of the electronics, etc at my house.. I don't care if I have to run up home a few times a day even to get something like that.. i mean if there is an appointment of some sort, ill have it ready, but its not worth losing all that shit..

Alarm system is being talked about already, and my buddy has some camera's were gonna hook up.. and a couple other things here and there..

Got the shop finalized today and the heat, electric, and water will be on tomorrow! Tomorrow is time to start painting.. we bought 10 gal of paint, a ton of materials, 8 4x8 sheets of wood, 8 8ft long 2x4s (you'll see) and shit is going together nicely!!

Starting painting, and got a lot of my tools, wood working stuff, materials, etc.. in today.. the GF has some pics on her cam.. will have to get them uploaded.. otherwise tomorrow and the weekend will be a big weekend there!! Just an update for you guys who have any interest!!

Thanks man.. really the paint is setting the place off on the inside.. there is a couple spots where we are gonna put banners or posters up to cover some nasty spots that need some fixing.. but since we are renting the place its not worth a new covering..
