Myself, and 2 of my friends are renting a shop out here in town.. we haven't finalized anything, but were going to talk to the guy more about it tomorrow morning..
-Located off of the main street here in Clinton
-1372 sq ft
-All cement brick building
-3 bay doors in the main room, plus an extra bay with a brand new door
-Has a bathroom (i think its a plus)
-Shit ton of outlets, air lines already ran for a big compressor
-10 shop lights throughout the shop
-$300 a month, $300 deposit
There are more little things.. here and there..
Needs a new paintjob on the walls, and the doors are gonna be re-boarded up for a little extra security. My friend has a set of camera's and tv for security.. we are gonna hook up some alarm/sirens also for protection..
Another plus, is that the renter that is renting to us, is going to buy the wood, paint, supplies, etc for us to repaint and redo some of the wood in the shop, we just have to do the work (oh well..).. Anyways.. heres to the pics! It is dark in there cuz the electricity is still off and all i had was a couple flashlights..
3 Bay doors.. needs to be boarded up a bit and cleaned up..

Restroom and little "office" or closet lol.. wall looks wet but from when they had an oil tank in the "closet"

I didn't take any pics of the outside.. will do that tomrrow when its light out.. just giving you guys a peek.. isn't the greatest, but its a place to start, and we all have shit to work on, and will be a nice place for us to detail cars, and with me opening my own business.. itll be a place to start from.. LMK what you guys think..
