Definetly.. I build custom boxes out of the garage right now, and now that we have the shop itll make things easier.. storing wood and the boxes, and yea Whenever someone needs a box, normally that day (after workat firestone) I can build.. makes people happy!

Very nice lookin shop, I have seen worse, to me big thing is a fairly clean and level floor, make moving jacks and what not around easy as well as any crawlin around under the cars. Not to mention 3 full bays it perfect. Makin me wanna go out and find a place to work as it is.

Just don't underestimate utilities and you'll need a certificate of occupancy. Are you getting the place insured?

Yea.. we are expecting pretty high utilities, so we arn't thinking to low, and Its winter coming up, we know we will be using the heat.. but we are conservative with it and know what we are getting into.. i hope //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif..

Insurance on the building the owner is paying, and yea we are getting renters insurance on all the things inside.. tools, etc..

Side door to go in.. we have the parking lot around the building that is ours, and the outhouse n shit is moving..

Outside of the bay doors.. need painted, and the gravel is getting repaved after they switched pipes over.. that kinda blows for the time being.. oh well..

Its located in a parking lot really.. off the main drag through clinton, they tore up the road that is gravel.. not really an alley, but not necessarily a street.. a few businesses are ran on it as well..
