I was referring to used so I said AQ. So I was correct. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/tongue.gif.6130eb82179565f6db8d26d6001dcd24.gif Plus their new name *****....Anybody else think it's hilarious how even after the name change, people still refer to soundqubed as audioque?
Haha, older AQ gear or not, nobody refers to the company as soundqubed.I was referring to used so I said AQ. So I was correct. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/tongue.gif.6130eb82179565f6db8d26d6001dcd24.gif Plus their new name *****....
2000 watts rms or under cca is fine ,but if you plan to go larger then ofc.also the vfl 4480 will be a good amp in your budgetWhat sound are you going for? Also the Fi BL is a more comparable sub to the Q, in terms of price range, btw
A good point, but nobody plans to go over 2000w when they're starting out. Then they get their system in, get bitten by the bug, and it's all down hill from there. It's a worthy $50 investment to get the better wire now. The Big 3 is arguably unnecessary for under 1k, but people still do it.2000 watts rms or under cca is fine ,but if you plan to go larger then ofc.also the vfl 4480 will be a good amp in your budget
very true , but some guys and girls stop at even 1500 rms and say thats enough powerA good point, but nobody plans to go over 2000w when they're starting out. I'm just giving him advice I wish I had given myself back when I was new.
Yup, they usually hit that wall due to financial reasons, or they start to care more about SQ than output. Once you go over 1500w, subs and amps get more expensive, as well as the extra cost of electrical upgrades becomes prohibitive.very true , but some guys and girls stop at even 1500 rms and say thats enough power
truthfully i think 2-2500 watts can be had without extreme electricle upgrades if stock alt is worth a **** and you get a couple of good batts..Yup, they usually hit that wall due to financial reasons, or they start to care more about SQ than output. Yes, but still, a couple good batteries are still going to run up the cost of your system by a good 300-400, which to some isn't an option.truthfully i think 2-2500 watts can be had without extreme electricle upgrades if stock alt is worth a **** and you get a couple of good batts..
example i got my t2000 cranked in my blazer with out a big 3 (i plan to do it soon of course still) a couple of optima batts (obiously still not ideal batts) zero gage wire and stock alt. But yet i almost never have drops below 14 volts and NEVER under 13
from what i read it all depends on what kind of power ur trying to make when picking wires i planned on 2500rms to 3000rms... i ended up going with knukonceptz kolossus OFC $3.95 a foot cause i plan i adding more power down the line. What about Cadence 0 guage? I wanted to upgrade as well and it costs $50 for 25'....
