Alpine UTE-42BT No sound for Aux, USB, or Bluetooth

I installed an Alpine UTE-42BT into my 2006 Pontiac Pursuit G5. I have sound for tuner, but not Aux, USB or Bluetooth.

Could this have something to do with amp (blue/white) wires? Where did I go wrong? Which wires am I supposed to hook up?

Yep. Connect the blue/white wire with the blue wires and you're good to go. Exact same thing happened to me this morning when I put the UTE-42BT in my daughter's 2000 Dodge Dakota. I left the blue/white wire off and the tuner worked fine, but no sound from anywhere else. I could even make calls from my iPhone and control my iPhone with it, but couldn't hear anything. Connected the blue/white wire with the the blue wire and all was well.
