pick up us amps usa 400? guys being shady about testing dirt cheap.

its the smaller 2 channel. the guys being very weird about selling it he wont let me test before i buy... i can get it dirt cheap was wondering if its even worth picking up broken or working just because it seems to be a rare amp.

I buy amps with out seeing them operate all the time. I just make sure that I'm paying correctly for not knowing the condition of the amp.

This. I backed out on a RF 4k because the guy wouldn't let me test it. He said he couldn't trust anyone who wasn't a professional, no matter whether or not a big alt, multiple 1/0 runs, batteries, 14v all day on 3k, grounds like a sumbody, and etc wasn't good enough... He said I wasn't gonna burn his amp up that was 99% burnt already probably.

Still means nothing to be honest. Just means you didn't want to take that chance, it does not prove the amp is/was blown at all...just your way of making yourself feel better about not actually buying it.

Shady as the guy was acting in the way he didn't answer questions and dirty as it was (literally, DIRTY + / - inputs) I fell 99% sure of my thinking.

Understandable, however, it is still only thinking...Not being a ****, just saying.

My stand on them normally is, if I can work them on price to a position I'm ok with then I won't care about working or not. I have bought more stated to be broken and actually work then I have bought them "working" and actually been broke.

Ha, I got a dislike because the truth is harsh to some people lol

Well my deal is if it is broke, what COULD it cost to fix compared to what you can get it for working in used condition... either way, good deal if it was 100% ok, not so good if otherwise.

And I gotcha, but my luck hasn't been exactly as good as yours either so you develop a sense of pessimism over optimism.

Yea, if I always talk down the price if I am not able to check it out. If they won't come down I don't purchase it. Normally they give on testing or price when you're standing there with cash lol....not always though, I have had to walk away from deals because they wouldn't budge enough on price...normally if I'm showing up though it is already beyond cheap haha.
