Good news is I can upgrade my amps whenever. I can go better with power handling on my subs, build my box perfectly for the subs, then if its just not enough grab some more wattage.

Then a pair of 18" tantric hdds or soundqubed hdc4 18s is what id do ..then bump the power to 6k and add some wire and batts

Just checked out the HDIC4 you were referring to. The 15 has a Fs of 39 or so HZ. With an SD of 125" I would have enough room to go with a quarter T line for a pair. I have enough room to go with any pair of 15 with an Fs of 30 or so. I will need to figure this into my choice as well. I am excited about trying out the T line.

Of course OP buying a huge amp would require big electrical upgrades. Cone area and efficient box would be far more bang for the buck once you're at 2000W.

I can build up and ship you 3X Shocker Sig 15's for 1000$. d 2.8 coils. You could run each amp to 3 coils in parallel for roughly 1ohm load for each amp. Sig 15's go really nice in 5 cube each.

Def planning on building a T line. Need subs with a low Qts. So many sub options its CRAZY! In Yalls opinion what will be the best sub for a T line?

You really need more powa if you really want 18"s 2 dc lvl 4's or sq hdc 3's would be a good choice. Personally I would sale the jl's and get something like the sq3500 or an American bass vfl 200.1 and put it on 2 sq hdc3 18's or dc lvl5's. it's just one of those things where if 2 1000/1 on 4 w6's is not enough you need serious powa

You could go with 4 sundown sa15's it will be tight on box size cuz the SA 15's need atleast 5.5 cu3 ported so you might do 3 and get another 1000/1 that would be nasty.

if your hell bent on a t-line, you wont need that much power since T-lines are stupid efficient and are designed to be run on lower power. Just model and play with each sub's TS parameters and see which one works best.

If you want a more powerful amp, without having to drop a TON of money into electrical upgrades... There's a guy I've been seeing trying to sell an Mmats 4k for a while. Top notch amp, tiny, unrivaled efficiency. 4k @ 1 ohm. You probably wouldn't need anything more than a big battery in the back to run it. Especially with your upgraded alt.

That'd be my pick.

Then get a pair of subs and feed em 2k each, it'd be pretty beast. What kind of vehicle do you have?
