phoenix gold VS MTX VS Hifonics

I am thinking to buy an amplifier for my 2 12'' Zeus Hifonics Subs

I have 3 options

hifonics BX 1605D

Phoenix Gold R15.0.1

MTX Thunder 1501D

Could you advice me for the best choise

For the others I will say PG since I have no experience with any of those Hifonics.

I think either will be fine, but I'd go Phoenix, then MTX, then HIfon

my friend had a problem with his MTX heating up and then shutting down (protect mode) during the summer while the amp was carrying a regular load

Tantrums are powerfull,a 1501D or a PG 1200.1 Tantrum are pretty close matched

imo its a toss up but I lean towards the MTX for longevity

PG amps just dont seem to last long,while for instance my 801D is pumping for over 2 years - youll never see a Xenon last 2 years,and a tantrum is prolly the same way I assume

Do not judge the amp until you listen to them and the reason PG amps fail is because if you do not have the right electrical setup you are not getting the full potential of the amps.

The new Xenon amps especially the 1200.1 is a pretty powerful amp and very clean.If not made overseas the amp would cost twice as much.The new Xenon are very good quality amps period.
