US Acoustics USX800D

I would really like some help on this one. Here's the deal, I would really like to get the settings perfect for my subwoofer and never have to touch another setting on this amp. I'm running a US Acoustics USX800D here are my options:

The Level runs at: 6v-100mv

The Lowpass is: 50hz-250hz

The Subsonic filter runs from: 20hz-50hz

My subwoofer is an Audiobahn AW1200Q "I Dont want any comments about this"

The box will be approximately 3.5Cu Ft tuned to 30Hz. What settings should I enter into my amp?
