PG Xenon 600.1/ type R combo

So I just picked up a Xenon 600.1 monoblock and I am getting a 12 inch type R. Wondering if I should wire the sub for 2 ohm or 4 ohm load with this amp. I know it claims 600 watts at 1-4 ohms but would I get more power at two or four? I am running stock alternator so whatever is easier on the electrical system is a consideration. Anyone have experience with this amp or similar xenon model like the 400.1 or 1200.1?

really doesnt mater i wouldnt think since the amp is rated the same for 1-4 ohms.so get a dual 2 ohm sub and you can wire it at 1 or 4

wire it at 4ohms. The xenon will like you much better if you do so....
