PG Xenon 1200.1

Just wanting to know what "The Batch's" symptoms were. Just bought one, have been running bout 3 weeks, turned volume up to 22 (-7 Bass), gain set around half, in LP. Subs quit playing, smelled as if a component board was burning. Used DMM to check subs (tested good), tested all wiring, voltage coming in to amp was correct. Amp LED is on, but no output. Was just tryin to see if that was what the probs were with them. Bought new, so it is warranteed, sux to wait for PG to flip-flop it though. Guess that's what I get for talking good bout it.

Mine broke in 5days and started flashing,they sent me a new one eventually

but I sold it off

i had one of my 200.4's die on me...i still love them amps though..

What guage wire are you running to the amp, and did you use both power terminals on the 1200.1?

I had the same issue shorlty after I got mine. It seemed to be in the turn on circuit becasu if I turned off the deck and then back on it would then fire up. It seemed to do it 2 times a week where it had no output, but everything checked out as far as being powered up. All I had to do was power it down then it would fire up as normal. That lasted about a a month but but have not had any issues since. Good luck, oh as far as the smell, I smelled something sinilar when it started malfunctioning but not since. As far as good amps, I still love the thing other than that one issue and would buy another.

ditto I didn't know about this and i was recommending this amp to a friend that's gonna be pushing my OLD 13w7. I've changed my mind now so we'll have to seek out other amps.

look at this, its authorized too..and fcking cheap. I wish i could justify buying to stash away.
