birth sheets have the tantrum putting out 1400+ watts at 4 ohms //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gifi would need it for a sonic fx quad 1 ohm so it would need to be putting out 1200 @ 1 or 4 or .25 ohm. On roe it says the tantrum puts out 250 @ 4 ohms (12.5 volt) and 1200 @ 4 ohm (14.4 volts) . Is this the case?
1400 watts will get it moving pretty good. it can take more but that doesn't mean you have to give it more.tantrum does max power at 2-4 ohm so you should be fine, but wouldnt you want a little more power for that sonic fx q?
