petition to lower gas prices...

there is a guy local to me here in arkansas who has managed to use the fumes off of propane to fuel his vehicle. He states that it gets nearly 125mpg off a single small drum of propane.(the kind you use for grilling)
ya and those cost $20+ to fill

$20 for 125 miles is pretty expensive

Not with today's gas prices.

Lets say an average car gets 25 mpg. The average price around here is $4.20. So $20 worth of gas only gets 119 miles using regular fuel.

And thats if you consider one of those tanks to only hold one gallon, which they don't.

I went and filled up our propane tank the other day and it only cost $17.

The drums hold more than 1 gallon, Your math is off.

i assumed he misworded it and meant 125 miles per tank, not gallon, so my comprehension is fine, my assumption was flawed
btw, fuck off
Read my post n00b:

So even if he said 125 mpg per TANK, thats still better mileage than normal gas.
