perfect 12vq - type R 12- idq-12

hello guys....i'm looking to add 2 12" subs to the bose system in my 03 chevy tahoe....i prefer SQ over SQL and i dont want a HUGE box in the rear. my choices are

1. infinity perfect 12vq

2. alpine type R 12

3. image dynamics idq-12

the car is leased so before i spend money to take out the bose system...i'd rather try to upgrade it with an sub.
