my freind has it done in his ford ranger...to seal it he has a big piece of rubber that gores aroound it i will try to get sum pics for ya if u want

dont fiberglass, accordion boot. Fiberglass would crack first bump you hit in the road. Only way I would do that is if you boxed the frame and added better crossmembers
