people that work out/supplements??

I concur, but if following a full-body (as mentioned above), just switch flat bench w/ incline bench every other workout.

I prefer incline, but I'm not a beginner. IMO, beginners would be better of concentrating on basic flat bench for a while.

But, good idea on alternating BB and DB.

You know what's messed up... I do 110lbs DBs on incline, but can only do 90s on flat bench (for similar reps).

 
yea id recommend what id do i guess not so much for a beginner that how i always lose my partners because i hurt them to much the first day
I did that to the first person that ever trained w/ me (he was green as hell). He didn't last long.

Somehow, I thought he should have the same intensity as me. He lasted 2 weeks... my fault, really.

 
So anyone got links on proper technique for those exercises? I'm usually the person that just kind of wonders down into the plates areas, does a few things, realizes I don't actually know how to use them (besides the bench and curls) and leave after 15 min.
