people that work out/supplements??

you can beat Bodybuildings customers service they have 2 warehouse one in florida the other ion the west well they shipped everything out of florida but were out of stock on one thing so they shipped from the other warehouse and ate the shiping on it and only took an extraday

I'm ignoring most of the supplement stuff. This is what I was mainly looking for though

For 99% of beginners, I can recommend a simple full body workout, 3 day per week, 45 min. per day routine that will get results (assuming all other factors are good to go... rest, nutrition, etc.).
People make it too complicated too early. Don't go pick up a flex magazine and start following those routines.

(BB = barbell)

BB squat (or leg press)

BB row (or pullups)

BB bench press (or dips)

BB overhead/military press

Calf raises

^ would work well.
Anything else to add to this? Like what exactly these exercises are. I have a pretty good idea of what most of them are, but it's not like I was ever taught proper technique.

 
i see people shrug 400+ all the time but theres almost no movement
hahaha Just the thought of that makes me want to start a "What's the dumbest shit you've seen in the gym" thread... but this isn't the proper forum (plus there are thousands of those threads around elsewhere... cause 90% of the people who workout do it like retards).
