Sorry, but just go in and work your *** off. Whether you need to be lifting with someone else to motivate you more, or maybe using some music to get you pumped, just work harder. Supplements are not worth the consequences for 90% of them in the longrun anyways. Plus theres too many things you need to do to make it safe anyways (like drinking 2 gallons of water a day for creatine/NO supplements, or what you need to take after a cycle of roids to get your hormone levels back to normal). So, yeah, what they said... just go "buck wild" :p lol

PS - what is the point of this supplement to begin with? Weight loss or bulking?

not using supplements is retarded... it helps your muscles regrow faster and stronger...

working out and not taking supplements is a dead end... for 3 years i worked out with out taking any kind of supplement...

for the past 3 months i have been taking storm creatine

and i have already put about 60 extra lbs on my bench press, 100 lbs on my squat, and my endurance has shot through the roof...

EVERY exercise that i do is 4 sets of 12 (besides bench and squat those are 5 sets of 5)

Okay chief, using supps may give you at MOST and I mean at MOST a 5% gain, but it is usually placebo effect unless you're 100% committed. Diet is the #1 factor, and all you've gained in those months is fat and water weight with a little muscle for fun. Stop taking the creatine and after 2 weeks you'll see that nothing has happened.

Supplements are essential once you reach a certain level in your routine/diet.

No, of course I don't. I didn't go from 240 26% bf to 165 11% to 175 8%. Naw, I don't have any idea what I'm talking about.
If you want a supplement that actually does something, just stick with the protein powder. Inhuman isn't looking to get ****ing striated, so no, supplements aren't going to do shit for him.
