working out and not taking supplements is a dead end... for 3 years i worked out with out taking any kind of supplement...
for the past 3 months i have been taking storm creatine![]()
Okay chief, using supps may give you at MOST and I mean at MOST a 5% gain, but it is usually placebo effect unless you're 100% committed. Diet is the #1 factor, and all you've gained in those months is fat and water weight with a little muscle for fun. Stop taking the creatine and after 2 weeks you'll see that nothing has happened.people...
not using supplements is retarded... it helps your muscles regrow faster and stronger...

No, of course I don't. I didn't go from 240 26% bf to 165 11% to 175 8%. Naw, I don't have any idea what I'm talking about. You're not even remotely in the right ballpark.
Supplements are essential once you reach a certain level in your routine/diet.
ps: you should keep your thoughts (uninformed, at best), to yourself, about something you know nothing about.
Also, something to note... using supplements is GREAT to control your diet, unless you like eating 6-10 times a day to maintain steady breakdown.
