People that work out (stemulite)

wats the best to take to get bigger not alot of weight just say like 20-40lbs and adds a little bit of mass and muscle to you and then makes you cut and ripped and a lil bit of blulkiness

i dont want to be the huge type like all big with no neck and shit

anything out there that does that for you and where u dont have to be in the gym every day just work out play ball lift a lil and push ups and sit ups

I'll quote one of my boxing role models, Ross Enamait:
Based on the frequency of this question, I’ve decided to unveil the most amazing pre-fight supplement ever created. This supplement can be taken at any time throughout the year. Mega-doses are encouraged. It is free and available anywhere. A few common suppliers include your local gym, the basement, an outdoor park, and even your backyard. This supplement is commonly referred to as hard work.

Okay chief, using supps may give you at MOST and I mean at MOST a 5% gain, but it is usually placebo effect unless you're 100% committed.
Definitely wasn't the placebo effect for me the first few months I was on creatine.

Although now, I don't know if it does me any good or not. I like to think it does.

No, of course I don't. I didn't go from 240 26% bf to 165 11% to 175 8%. Naw, I don't have any idea what I'm talking about.
If you want a supplement that actually does something, just stick with the protein powder. Inhuman isn't looking to get ****ing striated, so no, supplements aren't going to do shit for him.

Regardless of your size and bodyfat, you're clueless.

Supps are a great building block.

For reference, I'm 179 and in the 8% range. Last time I was measured, 7% to be honest.

And I didn't cut from 14% to 7% off diet and exercise and diet alone... it just doesn't cut it beyond a certain point.

This picture is probably closer to 10% BF.

I grew up a wrestler, so weight was always a major concern. Supplements made controlling my weight a LOT easier, as I wouldn't fluctuate much offseason and I still had decent size for lower weight classes. Energy while working out was always high as well, and recovery time was cut down considerably.

I'm 5'10, and cut to 149 during season... and kept the size. And no one said anyone 'needed' any supplements, I stated that they were useful.

You're just making an *** out of yourself by interjecting words in so that it appears like you know anything about me other than what I have posted.

/fail.

Fantastic. You don't need supplements, and if you think you do, you just lack the dedication and work ethic. Note: I am NOT saying that those who take them lack dedication and work ethic, but those people know that they're merely supplements and aren't vital. They just aid their goals.

Clearly some of you missed the part where I stated 'building block', and then went into detail about cutting recovery time and/or boosting energy/pump time.

No where did I state that anyone NEEDED them.

Please elaborate on how? I stated on my personal experience, not a general idea. My work ethic is decent, I follow a pretty strict diet. I wrestled under some nazi coaches... and you have no idea of what you speak, my special needs friend.//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/eek.gif.771b7a90cf45cabdc554ff1121c21c4a.gif
