you are puny! your not real HW material ! light HW yes but never a HW .say what you want to say about me, fine , im fat now but i recently started my diet and i feel good on it . i mean i don't eat what i like to eat but in all seriousness i feel less bloated and much better . i feel kinda weak but i don't expect all my pizza, tacos, and hamburgies to just roll off in 2 month .im ganna eat healthy like i been eating for a long time to come. they way i see it is i am big for 2 good reasons .1 . i over eat when i was younger.2 . i wasnt realy into junk food when younger more like potatoes meat milk and lots of fat/protein/carbs i just over ate alot. now ive broken it down and found out i dont need to eat all that shit yes its good , but thats it. i start the morning with raw oatmeal blended with frozne blue berries and strayberries with 2 egg whites, at 12 i eat a turkey sandwith with a huge salad, and dinner consist of anything healthy if their aint nothing healthy i eat anothe sandwitch with salad!. ive cut the milk out and unnessary carbs! IT FEELS GOOD !now i just need to find out how to get a jolt to get to working out.
