People that work out (stemulite)

Clearly some of you missed the part where I stated 'building block', and then went into detail about cutting recovery time and/or boosting energy/pump time.
No where did I state that anyone NEEDED them.
Okay, sure then, no. Supplements are called such because they aren't building blocks for anything. People who cut like to use either ECA or EC stack, but they know that the weight doesn't "melt" off them like they post on the forums, rather, they might lose 20% more per period. What that means is, if you're cutting 10 lbs in a month, you could lose 12 lbs instead without losing muscle. Thing is, when you're on supps, you tend to notice things that aren't really there or they give you a mental supplementation whereby you yourself just push yourself harder to see the results and the supp did little to nothing at all.
If you want supplements, stick with the passive ones: green tea, fish/flax, protein.

 
Please elaborate on how? I stated on my personal experience, not a general idea. My work ethic is decent, I follow a pretty strict diet. I don't use supplements to cut, I use them as an everyday issue. My cutting constitutes as lowering daily intakes, upping cardio and eating majority fish.

Guess what, special needs kid... I'm a HUGE 149'er and I like it that way. Wrestling is/was my goal, not looking like a gym class hero.

My fiance likes my frame. I like my frame. I'm sorry you don't, but I don't want you to like my frame, either.

Have a nice glass of stfu? I don't work out to get huge, I work out to be lean and have tons of energy. Not everyone wants to look like a meathead.

5'10 and 149 is not huge at all, so stop kidding yourself. You put on a shirt and no one knows you've done anything. I practice with the welterweights, and these guys are so cut that you wouldn't believe. Being cut and being huge are mutually exclusive, and let me tell you, a boxer or wrestler as you obviously know are some of the most cut athletes out there.

Google wrestling and find stats on size/height comparisons. Then come back with an idea about what I'm talking about. Most 149'ers are in the 5ft range. I am in there with a 5'10 frame, and I'm not a lanky build. Reach advantage is nice too.

Of course, you guys would understand if I put it into perspective, so we will refer to MMA. There are certain guys out there that just look BIGGER than their weight class, right? Well, I am one of those guys.

Also, just noticed that fatryan is cycling injectibles. Sounds like a REAL smart move in the long run... but what do I know... I just post on CA.com.

Yeah I'm sure. When I'm at fighting weight of 160 (middleweight), I am cut, but don't even begin to think of myself as huge. That said, I am 5'10, and if you're talking about being in the 140s at the same height, you aren't huge. That pic you showed proves my point.

bingo, dont make claims you cant back up. if you knew anything at all youd know that AAS run safely and properly by adult males poses very VERY low risks to health. did you know that the FDA and DEA both opposed the US ban on steroids because they didnt think they were enough of a health risk? thought not. now STFU.

and how often are they used safely and properly. Not often enough. Hence why people have failing livers because of it.

But again, you're obviously a ****ing genius.

 
also we are one of the few countries in the world that even has a ban on steroid use. theres a wealth of information out there if you ever decide to stop making blind allegations. i thought most people learned not to believe the media at a very young age....
