Okay, sure then, no. Supplements are called such because they aren't building blocks for anything. People who cut like to use either ECA or EC stack, but they know that the weight doesn't "melt" off them like they post on the forums, rather, they might lose 20% more per period. What that means is, if you're cutting 10 lbs in a month, you could lose 12 lbs instead without losing muscle. Thing is, when you're on supps, you tend to notice things that aren't really there or they give you a mental supplementation whereby you yourself just push yourself harder to see the results and the supp did little to nothing at all.Clearly some of you missed the part where I stated 'building block', and then went into detail about cutting recovery time and/or boosting energy/pump time.
No where did I state that anyone NEEDED them.
If you want supplements, stick with the passive ones: green tea, fish/flax, protein.
