PDX4.100 Whine

I have a whine from my Alpine PDX4.100... a little in each speaker but mostly in channel 2... Checked everything! I have pulled the RCA's and still have the sound. The sound travels to whatever speaker is plugged into Channel 2. Anyone have any insight, its driving me nuts and Alpine doesn't have a clue!

i take it you have a sub amp as well? if so ground both amps to the same place. If its a pioneer HU you may need to ground the rcs on the hu to the hu case.

It isnt the RCAs at all... still makes the noise when they are unplugged. I have both amps grounded to the same location on a sanded metal surface using a grounding lug provided by JL Audio.
