umm is the fan on the GPU spinning? also what vid card is it?

EDIT: missed that in the OP, make sure you plugged in both of the PCI E power cords, as i recall the NVIDA based ones have 2 power ports

Make sure your video card is seated properly. Take it out (computer off) and put it back in. And if it is a high end card, make sure that you have poower going to it from your power supply.

Thats what i said and if i remember correctly the NVIDA ones required 2 PCI E power cords from the PSU, but i run ATI so i'm not 100% on that

I'm the opposite.......lol. Last ATI card I owned was a 9200SE or something like that. I got an eVga 8800GT superclocked now. One da I will actually use it. I was thinking that or he has it in the wrong pci-e slot if that's possible. Not sure if ou are running one card does it have to be in a specific pci-e slot.

YES!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I GOT IT!!!! WOOT!!! god ihate little things that i forget
What'd you forget, and since you got me on the topic of computers, what asus mobo are you running, currently i have the P5Q-E with the intel P45 chipset and i love it, the bios is super easy to do overclocking in
