i finally got an account, and im just about to use it but im not sure how it works...

im buying something thats 3 dollars, dont i have to add on for a paypal fee, and how much do i add on for it?

You only "have" to add on a paypal fee if you feel like being a nice guy.

Paypal doesn't require you, the buyer, pay for the fee. Infact, they (Paypal) specificly state in the user agreement that sellers can not require the buyer to pay the fee.

Also; Only certain sellers (those with "premium" [or some bullshit]) accounts get charged a fee.

And the fee is 3% of the payment amount.

if your buying something on the forums i would just pay the fee. but if its on ebay i wouldnt.
