Paypal help...

Alright so this is a long story so I'm going to make it short. Anyways, my paypal account was limited when they did a security scan for some reason? //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/*******.gif.a649d21efc0d1fd4890a6428166586c1.gif I have no complaints, I then proceeded to verify things with sc number, picture of shipping reciepts, tracking numbers, and much more. So recently a member on here sent me $120. for a item I sold. Now I can't withdraw or send the money back. Is there anything I can do to cancel the payment and him get his money back. In other words so I can register with a new account instead of going through all this trouble because I needed the money asap.//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wow.gif.23d729408e9177caa2a0ed6a2ba6588e.gif

 
are you sure it was paypal that did it or a scamming email that took all your info i get them daily telling me to log on thru the link but its not paypal looks just like them but its not

 
Yes it was through email. And I'm 100% it was paypal. It didn't ask for my login or anything. I watch for scams. I went to paypal.com and logged in, and it says the account is limited. I've already confirmed my bank account and everything. I just registered for a new account, and going to use my other banking account, but I have to get this guys money back to him or cancel the payment or something. I sent them an email and told them to return it to the guy, but I dont know if it will work.

 
Please help me from getting screwed over by paypal. I need to get this guy his stuff or his money back asap without any problems and I don't want to get screwed over either. I already transfered $300. to my banking account and I'm guessing it cleared, I'll check tomm. because its not in my paypal anymore. Unless they screwed me on that.

 
Alrighty the problem has been fixed! Not the other issues, but I called them and told them I recieved a payment that wasn't mine, and I would like it to be sent back to the owner. They lead me through the refund process, and I refunded it back to the member.

I'm sorry this guy had to go through this and I honestly appoligize!
