Parents want to invest in me in the future, what is the best way to do this?

you got into law school and need to ask people here for advice???

make your own decisions
getting into law school just used 2 skills, one is being able to do well on the LSAT, the other is being able to do well in my college courses. But since im not a business major, and since the LSAT doesn't test anything regarding business, why would i know anything about business? All i know about is the LSAT and political science, literally.

Buying stock directly from companies is difficult but possible. Normally, people buy them from brokers.
you know what i mean, i mean "from" like the stocks are a product of the company, i don't mean you literally buy it from them, like they are handing you the stocks. Cmon now.

You don't have to necessarily start off with a big firm. You'd just have to move into a city with alot of people trying to make it. Preferably with a lot of different genres of music, because when dealing with Record Labels you'll make more money over the longest period of time. If you take that route and forego working for a firm, it would be smart to think about getting your name/firm into prepaid legal under the listing of Entertainment Lawyer. Lots of people have it, and if you are the lawyer closest to them. Then you are the lawyer they HAVE to call.

what does that even mean though? You can't just invest in a type of product, you need to buy stock directly from the company. So do you mean that all the companies that make hearing aids are all going to have exceedingly high earnings reports in the future?
i was joking about actually having stock but seriously hearing aids are good thing to invest in

i mean you are a reasonably smart person to be able to get into law school and thus should be able to find betters ways of getting advice because all you are going to get from this threads is Flipx advice. He seems to think that he is a stock market pro when he doesn't know shit and if he did he wouldn't be posting on here all day, he would be researching stocks and making money.

See, another person agrees with what i'm saying haha. Thats the place to go if you want to be in law. Thats why i'm studying to be a Recording Engineer, because as long as music is around i'll never be out of a job.

I do....

If you knew as much about the stock market as you think you do, you would understand that without influxes of capital, the moves you can make are limited //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/fyi.gif.9f1f679348da7204ce960cfc74bca8e0.gif

Also, where have I provided incorrect investing advice?

is there money in entertainment law though? Corporate Attorney's seem to make the most, but that seems like a horrible horrible job to have to do, i'd much rather be an entertainment lawyer if there is still money to be made in that industry.
