Panel clips

Has anyone found a good source solution for a panel clip which will firmly hold a fiberglass panel on but also be quick release? Case in point, I have a panel I am going to fiberglass an amp rack on to. The amp is pretty heavy and the stock clips that hold this panel on are pretty cheezeball, definitely they will not hold the weight of the custom panel. The stock clips are two plastic clips (you know those round kind with the middle you pop out to release them). Any good panel clip solutions out there? I need them to be releasable since there is a fuse panel behind the panel I may need access to occasionally.
