Pandora through ipod cable? Alternatives?

Hi guys

I bought an iPhone and I have an Alpine CDA-9856. It comes with the ipod cable which works fine....but only for the iPod section.

Is there any way I can get the Pandora application to play? Is there a USB->3.5mm Audio jack converter or something?

Any ideas?

This headunit doesn't have bluetooth either...
