Panasonic CQ-DP383U vs Pioneer DEH-P4500MP

I'm looking at picking up an entry level CD/MP3 player for the second car. I've read what reviews I can find and have shortened the list to the Pansonic CQ-DP383U vs Pioneer DEH-P4500MP. I like the look of the Panasonic over the Pioneer and I can get it cheaper. Can anyone comment on the following in regards these units (you don't have to have owned both models to voice your opinion):

-navigating MP3 files/folders

-skipping/pops/chirps

-build quality

-load times (disc/track)
