Sony CDX-U303 / 10 Disc Changer

Hey all...

I just picked up a Sony CDX-U303 and went to install it. The install (all 3 wires) went simply, but I haven't mounted it yet -- The reason being is that I can't get it to play a CD for the life of me.

It pulls the CDs out of the cartridge just fine (although I have had a few get stuck). They seem like they are seated in the player ok, but it doesn't look like their spinning correctly (off keel somewhat) -- The unit also makes a noise that doesn't sound too good, like it's trying too hard to read the CD or something like that.
