Alright, at one point it was raining everyday for a good month it seemed, so I didnt wash my car. Now it has like what seems to be "permanant" water spots all over the car. I tried to get a pic, maybe you cna make it out, maybe not. You can only see it from certain angles in the sun light. I will try to get a better pic in the morning with the sun out and all.

Any help is appreciated. Look around the flash, you can see it a little bit.

i just waxed the car with mothers carnuba wax.
that was stupid. wash the car with dawn to strip the wax off and then claybar the car. if spots remain in some places you need to use a swirl remover or degreaser but the clay bar should do it. then you re-wax it.

usually when i wax it they come off from rubbing them out ya know? but they didnt this time and i didnt really notice how bad it was til it was gone. so dawn strips the wax off, then do the clay bar deal.

DON'T use the dawn, I hope that you see this before you try it. You do not want to get any detergent within 500 feet of your car. It can dry the **** out of your paint. Wash your car with a good car soap, get a good claybar and spend your time on it. Pick up some nice swirl remover (http://www.poorboysworld.com), and try and get it off by hand. It might take awhile, but it's better than buying a PC just to remove some oxidation spots.
