Wait....you didnt even buy it from Shane? In your first post, you said Kadella was Shane.....

If you didnt buy it from him, but one of his buddies, why are you asking him about your refund? Get the seller's contact information from him, or from ebay.

I just went through a similar situation myself with $700 and a company that wouldn't pay...

In my case it got me a $730 certified check sent overnight after a month of bickering.

i think kadella is a combo of different people.

when i went to buy it, my CC wouldnt let me send 600 cause i had a limit of 500 on it, so i messaged kadella, and hes like i dont know why it wont work, blah blah, so i ended up having my mom pay and i paid her back later.

after that i just IMed shane and was like, "i ordered a d5000" i think he said "where" i said ebay..then HE mentioned kadella? im like...yup...hes like ya thats us, then he was like your the one that couldnt pay with your credit card..i was like ya

i THINK thats what happened, either way, im not really mad at shane, just mad at someone for never shipping my amp....im kinda thinkin that the member is toby and shane together? i dont know...

yes it is ebay. hes no longer a registered user though on ebay. his feedback has tons of positive feedbacks from orion amps...

whos got shanes number so i can get in touch with him tomorow?

Just because Ebay handles the auction doesn't mean it's not worth it to check out who you're forking over the money to. It's a sizeable chunk of change, and a phone number and email address where the person could be reached would be an excellent idea. I'm not going to trust a username that could - and in your case, did - disappear.

But that's academic now.

I don't hold out a lot of hope in you getting the money back, but I hope things work out for the best.

If you didnt buy it from him, then its not his job to answer you, or refund you.

Why havent you contacted the person that you bought the amp from and sent the money to?
