omg. he sells orion along with toby and whoever else. kadella HAS to be someone at orion or something, he knows all my shipping info, when i paid, all that, i never said im blamming him, im just waiting for him to reply to me to see who he needs me to call to get a refund. last thing he told me was to do a chargeback in paypal so TOBY can refund my money. therefore kadella HAS TO BE ONE OF THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So, he has to be someone at Orion, even though the auction says they are not affilitated with DEI?

Youre missing my point- maybe Shane is connected with the Kadella guy, BUT YOU NEED TO TALK TO THE PERSON YOU BOUGHT THE AMP FROM, NOT EXPECT HIS FRIEND TO TAKE CARE OF YOU. Why not just ask Shane for the guy's phone number or something?

lol just noticed an email address in the auction...i emailed the person and ill let u know what they say, if they say anything. i also do not know how shane knows who this is if they say they are not an authorized dealer, as i thought shane gets his gear directly from orion...

have you not been able to always get ahold of me by email? I know my schedule is different from yours due to the new girlfriend so i havent been around to answer all those aim messages only saying "hey", but i have always kept in contact thru email, correct?

kadella is my business partner tho, so that is how i am connected with this. he was busy with moving hence why i was handling all communications.

I also gave you my phone number (cell & home) & toby's cell number. I explained what was going on everystep of the way.

i explained why to do the chargeback because then paypal wouldnt be able to keep their cut, remember?

this is totally sad, i cannot believe that a thread was made about me because you didnt get any replies to "hey".

this would be why i dont help people out with system design also, because i didnt see anywhere in this thread how helpful i was in that process, just the negative.... truly sad.

keep in mind i am covering all return shipping plus a couple bucks, and also trying to get him the soundstream amp he decided he wants to get instead.

Like i said, I am sorry that you couldnt get ahold of me.

Wow, wat an interesting thread. I can't believe i missed it. Just few seconds ago, i recieved a package from Shane. Perfectly packaged, i finally recieved my 10.4" Dropdown monitor. Sometime's its hard to get a hold of him, but all i needa do is drop him a message through PM or AIM and he would get back to me as soon as he has time too. He's very honest with the products he sells too, telling me the cosmetics and what includes in the package. I give him a A++++ for his service, especially for sending my package 3rd day shipped through UPS. Thanks Shane, i will purchase an alarm from you soon!!

You shouldn't be worried about him bro, he's an all around good guy.

ok, vj asked to return the amp for a refund, no problem, i even cover shipping back to me. Question.......where is all the other stuff besides the amp? No manual, no fuse holder & fuse, no remote bass gain, no wire linkage for alarm intergration, no hardware, no box. Not that i am p1ssed or anything, just curious about this since you wanted to return the goods for full refund, but not include everything thats included. LMK on this, k bro.

Also, no word from toby on the price on that big azz amp yet. he is talking to jaun about getting a better price from what i was told.

Sounds like you're trying to fuzz over shane personally.

I know from first hand experience that he is a hell of a seller. I've bought 2 1200d, 2 8004, and an hp-4800 from him. If i ever had a problem with shipping or something, he was always on top of it.

You have to understand, even though you think you're just buying from the guy, it's a lot bigger than that. Waiting on Orion themselves is out of his hands.

Also, the disclaimers at the bottom of ebay, are just that.. disclaimers. DON'T worry about it though, you are getting exactly what you're expecting.

Shane is a hell of a guy and isn't here to fuzz people over. If he was just scamming there would be TONS of people without orion amps or money, such as I. I personally have a couple amps from him and would never hesitate to buy more.
