paid for amp, no shippment yet!

i paid 600 dollars for a brand new orion d5000 on may 28th, and it never shipped. the member, kadella, which supposedly is Shane Christiansen, has been going back and forth with me saying he's going to contact them and see why it hasent shipped, that was about 3 weeks ago, never told me orion said, and he hasent answered my IMs for about 3 days now. ive never really heard anything bad about shane, thats why i ordered from him. also, the ebay member kadella is now no longer a registered user on ebay.

im starting to get pissed now, and for about a month ive been asking for a refund, he told me to do a chargeback in paypal. i have no clue what that is, ive looked on paypal and found nothing. what else can i do? anyone have his number? im furious, i need my 600 back to help pay for my soundstream xx10000d.

im sorry but this is the last orion item, or any other item for that matter, that i order from shane. this is just rediculous.

file a dispute claim with paypal. give them as much information as you can.

Have you tried to call Orion yourself?

Id be doing everything I can to find my amp, rather than wait on someone else. I know its his responsibility, but you should try to do what you can yourself.

Did you pay with your credit card?

Maybe thats the chargeback hes talking about?

File a paypal claim, and youll need to call Orion, rather than email them. Be prepared to spend quite a while on hold, though. In my experience, the customer service of DEI is horrible.

shane is hccafan, i dont know about toby, i know tobys AIM screen name is TobyNW, i have no clue who kadella is, but its someone that shane knows, someone connected with Orion.
