why don't you drop the fact of always pinning the blame on ben wallace. so let me see here, ben wallace pushes artest, and that gives artest the right to run into the stands and attack fans. i love your logic.

You forgot the fact that the fan threw a beer at Artest.

here is how I see it, someone throws something at me they have the intention of hurting me, if security don't step in I do, yes he was out of control but so be it, Off of the court if some physicaly harms you u have the right to defend your self, now if the fan would have just tuanted then Artes would have been far out of line.

artest didn't give security the chance to do something. as soon as he was hit he was off and running in the stands. i don't blame artest 100% for going after the fan, it's just the fact that ben wallace is getting blamed for it is just ridiculous.

explain how? i've been arguing the whole time that ben wallace should not be blamed for artest running into the stands. artest was prevoked into running in the stands but he should not have done so. if he didn't he didn't run in the stands, artest, o'neal, and jackson would still be on the team and ben wallace would be suspended, but he couldn't control his temper and could have possibly ruined the season for the pacers.

i'm also not a professional basketball player. if i was artest i would've been swinging at ben wallace. ben wallace did not throw a beer at artest nor did he force him to go into the stands. how do you people know that if ben wallace didn't shove artest nobody would throw a beer at him? maybe they threw a beer on him because of the time he gave the finger to the detroit fans in the playoffs. maybe they threw a beer at him because he took a cheap shot to hamiltons face in the playoffs after he knew hamilton had broken his nose twice.
