PAC Line output Conv for Tweeters

Before i got my headunit, the car audio shop used a Line Output Adaptor to hook up my amp to the headunit. then I got my headunit and they pulled out the PAC convertor.. But now i want to put tweeters in my truck but dont want to have to pull out the headunit or open my door panels.. I know where they hooked up the LOC and can put it back in myself.

can i use the LOC to hook up tweeters somehow without buying another amp?

And if an AMP is the only solution, whats a cheap amp that i can buy.

I dont want anything powerful, jus need some tweeters because i cant hear the words in the song over my bass.

My current setup is a Kicker CVT12 (400w rms), and a Kicker 400.1 amp

a loc changes ur pwer output to a low level out so you can hook up an amp you can't just hook speakers up to a loc
