PAC harness problem!!! Help!!

I installed a pac rp4.2-hy12 vehicle specific for my 2012 Hyundai veloster I got it programmed and everything was good until I turn the car off then it doesn't work the next time I start the car the box gets the signal I know this cause the lights on the modul act as normal just does nothing until I pull the power off the modul and plug it back in and it works please help

You may want to try a different accessory wire

Do you happen to know what the issue could be with the wire something I can look for?
