I am a lucky owner of PA 3000DB //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/veryhappy.gif.fec4fed33b4a1279cf10bdd45a039dae.gif This amp has remote bass control. Question. Does this remote cotrol contols amp gain (bass level) or bass boost centered on 45 Hz??? When remote control conected to amp, bass boost level does't work on amp. When remote control disconnected from amp, bass boost on amp works. Thank you

then it obviously controls the bass boost not the gains...
In PA owner's manual in Features field it's named like "Remote Dash mount Low Level Gain Control With Cable". But on the picture "Bass Boost Remote Control" //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif Where is true???

i just got the A1800DB and in that manual it says the remote bass knob controls the bass boost at 45 hz. It wouldn't make much sense either to control a gain, it would add more distortion to the signal which no one wants going to a speaker, that's why you take the time to set your gains properly when you install it. If you were constantly adjusting the gains you wouldn't have as good of idea of what your speaker could take /w the volume control on the headunit.

That's just how it seems to me, someone let me know if i'm wrong...
