OZ Audio Matrix 12" [300L] subs

$75 each plus shipping FIRM.

These are the last generation of the 300L subs with single 4 ohm voice coils, cast aluminium baskets, venting under the spider, push-type speaker terminals, and rubber gaskets and magnet boot.

They are in perfect working condition. No tears, dents, cracks, or dimples in the cones or surrounds. I still have the original boxes for the subs.

Yes, I can...I've had both. I also had IDQ15 v.2's.

They do share some similarities in terms of tonality. The OZ 300L's have a bit more lowend extension and meatier sound. The IDQ15 v.2 sound a bit more dry (in the good sense). But they are both great SQ subs. I also found the the OZ drivers to be louder and much more efficient, but that's probably because the IDQ's were specifically made to be a small box driver.

Hi there, sealed enclosure recommendations range from 1.0 - 2.0 cubic feet.

Ported enclosure recommendations range from 1.25 - 2.25 cubic feet.

Ported enclosure recommendations range from 1.25 - 2.25 cubic feet, with a tuning ranging from 32-35Hz.

However as with all ported enclosures, it's a matter of preference and goals. I prefer a tad lower tuning @ ~ 28-29Hz which is closer to FS. Also, there's absolutely no reason why you can't use a larger enclosure than the 2.25cf max recommendation.

I know this, I'm just asking if they recommended a certain volume as ideal.

I'm asking only because I have a ported enclosure for a 12, but it's 1.5 @ 35hz, and if that's not ideal, I would make one if I bought the sub off you.
