Overpowered Amp

Hey all, I have these alpine SPR-17S component speakers rated at 110 RMS. I have been looking for an amp at the Jensen Power Plus 1304 which at 4 ohms is rated at 117 RMS. Would this be too much for the speakers? I have always heard it doenst hurt to over power a little. Thanks.

I don't think you have to worry about that amp overpowering those

speakers. Clipping, is what you need to worry about.
