*over the top* setup help

My lil brother just got a new ride ( 96 Orange crown Vic on 22s).. Being the helpful homie that i am, I told him I would help him pick out. install, and buy a system.. We already got him a nice Sony Headunit (forgot the model) and I installed it.. He is goin for an impressive looking setup.. either a few BIG subs or a lot of smaller ones.. (6-10's 4-12's 3-15s 2or3-18s) bad part being the budget.. its $300 for subs and we're tryin to stay under 2000watts... He wants SPL mainly...

my suggestion was 3 Mach 5 MAW 15's sealed on 1500 watts.. or 4 Memphis PR 12's on about 1500watts..should bump quite nicely.. I need u guys to chime in wit opinions

I am getting o/1 ga.. optima.. big 3.. deadening.. etc.. we're just gonna get opinions and buy as we go

i dunno if you have ever seen donk magazine or anything, but a lot of people in that mag and a lot of people who do that kinda stuff to their cars use the pioneer line of speakers

they can be had for fairly cheap and have some decent output to them

you can get them for like 50-60 bux each and they dont need a lot of power to get them goin
