Output/alternator

I decided to clamp my subs amp witch i was getting around 1,062 watts @32 hz 0 db. The amp is a 3500 watt amp (i know i will never get 3500 watts) but I was curious if a high output put alternator would give me better output on my amps? I just have the stock alternator with my starter battery being a agm and the 2nd battery being a xs power. The stock alternator puts out 130 amps and most likely going to be getting a 400 amp alternator. So I was just curious if that would help me get closer to 3500 watts.
