Trying to find 320kpbs songs random places on the internet is hard, and half the time I cant find the song I'm looking for in 320 or higher. So other than ripping from CDs where do you get your music?

Edit: On Waffles, you will frequently find FLAC, 320 kbps, and V0, plus often lower bit rates for the same album. Nothing under 192 kbps is allowed to be uploaded though. It is a very rare occurrence that I cannot find an album I'm looking for on Waffles, the selection is staggering.

They dont have all the music I want. For example, I just searched for Move ***** by Luda, On and On by Mac Miller, and Sunny Side of Hell by Grieves and didnt have any of them.

The web address is http://www.waffles.fm, but you won't really see anything but a log in screen talking about waffle recipes. The only way to get an invite is to have an existing member send you one. Currently there are ~120,000 members. However, invites are not always open (they're currently closed). There is usually an allotment per day/week, depending on how many delinquent accounts have been deleted. There are ratio requirements for Waffles, which is a good thing imo. It means people leave their client open and continue to seed. If you're downloading a popular torrent, you can almost be assured you're going to max out your internet connection.

I'm not a member of datpiff, so I could be completely wrong here, but isn't that site mainly just for mixtapes? If so, it's nothing like Waffles or What. Waffles is more about commercial releases (there are some mixtapes though) ranging from really old school/obscure stuff, to the newest album that hasn't been officially released yet. There isn't a limit on the scope of genres covered by Waffles, it's whatever the userbase uploads, whether it's hip hop, metal, dubstep, jazz, classical, noise, reggae, trance, psychedelic, anything really.

ive been downloading for years, and never gotten a letter or a visit from the law. piracy is illegal btw, but im sure the FBI is busy nabbing terrorists

yea ive been hearing alot of that. i dont know what keeps me "immune" though.
