try checking the settings on the o-scope. on my scope i need to change the voltage settings to x10 to measure anything over 30 or so volts ac. and i have that same jbl amp on my highs it puts out about 25-26vac per channel which is fine on the lower setting, but for that pg amp which can do 40+vac u might need to change your settings.
