Orion hot set up 600 watt 4 channel amp

Ok so resently I stumbled on an Orion Amp and its a orion 600 watt 4 channel hot set up amp. they sold it to me cheap cause he needed money to go see his new born child. Back to the Amp though I'm running two sony explode 6x9 3 ways 400 watt but I want to get some tweeters, mid range bass, and two more 6x9's. Will this run it all? Because the competion car in the next town over runs 10 speakers, 4 tweeters, and 4 mid range bass off two 350 watt amps. So bassically should I keep or sell this amp?
