Orion Hcca 425

Hey guys. I have the opportunity to purchase a Orion HCCA 425 amp. Its rated a 25wattsx4 at 4ohms at 12volts. This amp can be run at .5ohms per channel and if u run it in stereo(2channel configuration) one ohm per channel according to orion. It actually pushes 800watts at 12volts when bridged down to one ohm per channel(2channel config) If this amp has all the stuff that it is supposed to have with it(crossover chips and stuff) do u think it would be a good investment for a competition sub amp and maybe a highs/mid amp for regular use at 4 ohms? Let me know what you think. Its not in the best condition as far as looks goes but the guy said I could test it on my solos before I buy it. He only wants 150$ for it, I dont think he knows what hes got. Let me know what u think.

Anyone have one of these amps? How do you bridge it? The speaker terminal thingy is a bootlike plug in the side of the amp with 9 connectors(+/- per channel and one remote wire) Also the power and grounds come directly out of the amp and must be connected with some sort of distribution block. Is this amp an original or has it been tampered with? There is also some external orion black box that has the 2 sets of RCA connections, then the box plugs into the amplifier. Should I buy it for 150$?
