Message: <blockquote data-quote="F150Matt" data-source="post: 73548" data-attributes="member: 543857"><p>Hey guys.  I have the opportunity to purchase a Orion HCCA 425 amp.  Its rated a 25wattsx4 at 4ohms at 12volts.  This amp can be run at .5ohms per channel and if u run it in stereo(2channel configuration) one ohm per channel according to orion.  It actually pushes 800watts at 12volts when bridged down to one ohm per channel(2channel config)  If this amp has all the stuff that it is supposed to have with it(crossover chips and stuff) do u think it would be a good investment for a competition sub amp and maybe a highs/mid amp for regular use at 4 ohms?  Let me know what you think.  Its not in the best condition as far as looks goes but the guy said I could test it on my solos before I buy it.  He only wants 150$ for it, I dont think he knows what hes got.  Let me know what u think.</p></blockquote><p></p>
