does this amp run a little warm? like we played it for a pretty long while in this dudes car and i set the gain about halfway and it would get really warm but it never overheated or go to the part where i coldnt touch the amp. i was just wondering if it usually runs kinda warm like that cause my phoenix never gets hot.

What is warm for an amp anyways? (Temp in C)

When the amp either fries, or kicks into thermal protection //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

Some amps run hotter than others. Just a function of the different designs (both interally and heatsink/heat dissipation designs) and different power levels and efficiencies of the amplifier.

As long as the amp can safely handle the heat, it's nothing to worry about.

Ive seen so many amps done this way over the years. Especially ones that had the Molex plugs and a couple others

Yes, they do. As for the Taramps remote control, it is for use with the EQ they sell, not as a remote bass knob. They are not very sophisticated...
