Im on a budget, and wont be buying these now, but im looking at em.

What do you think?

Its pretty much what ive been looking for, 4 OHMs, 2 12"s, 700wRMS

and relativly cheap.

Only down side for me is that its sealed, but i think i'll live.

If you convert from metric then it's a 2" coil and a 50 oz magnet... with 350 wRMS power handling. I think it would be OK, but there are better options for your hard earned cash.

$150 per woofer can get you an RE SE, or Audioque SD2.5... both have stronger motors, and power handling than the Deep Blues.

If you get a competent audio nerd to build a nice box for you, it can stay under budget. Trust me, it's worth your while to steer clear of all-in-one systems.

Edit: you're getting warmer, but still a ways to go.
